Do I need a referral?
You do not need a referral to see a psychologist. However, if you are referred by a general practitioner, you may be eligible for rebates from Medicare or a private health fund. Please speak with your Health Fund for further information regarding your entitlements. Referrals from Victims Services NSW are also accepted.
What days/times are you available?
Appointments are currently offered Monday-Friday, between 9am-3pm.
Wednesday appointments are Telehealth only.
Is Telehealth available?
Telehealth sessions are available and can be provided as requested.
What are the fees?
Current Service fees are lower than those recommended by the Australian Psychological Society. Fees are payable at the time of consultation, with EFTPOS as preferred form of payment. HICAPS is available for Medicare and selective health fund claims.
Consultation Fee - $200 / hour
Medicare rebate - $96.65
Gap Fee with Medicare Rebate - $103.35
APS Recommended Fee - $311 / hour
What is the cancellation policy?
Patients are provided with an SMS reminder of appointments and are requested to contact if they need to cancel or change an appointment. Whilst some circumstances are unforeseeable, failure to attend or cancel an appointment without sufficient notice (24 hours) will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
